Sampling ethics

I think sampling without permission is not morally acceptable, because to me it is not reasonable to use other’s work without noticing the person. I think it matters as long as the sampling music has audiences. It is reasonable for me if they acknowledge the sample source because it at least gives the credit to the person. Even though I feel it should be permitted by the original musician, I still feel cruel for the discourage of those creative electronic music production
